When you build with Havyn Homes, we guarantee that your experience will be unmatched. We follow a transparent and simple process with every home we build. From your first interaction with our sales staff, to your first meeting with our builder to your final walk through with our superintendent, every detail will be covered with expertise, professionalism, and excellence. 

Homes + Plans

Whether you have seen our homes in person or online, and love what you see, there is that next step to take—meeting with our team to know more about us and receive answers to questions you will have.

First, we will get to know some information about you through a phone call. 

Next, our builder will meet with you at one of our homes so that you can see and learn more about our homes and how we build them. He may even walk you through more than one depending on your wants and needs for your home. These homes will be finished and furnished to help you visualize special layout for your personal furniture and belongings. Touring these homes will simply be to gather information to help you select your Havyn home. We will be focused on the exterior and interior function and design of the homes. Every one of our homes includes four unique exterior elevations to choose from and multiple options to add throughout the home.


Investment + Payment

You have decided that Havyn Homes is the builder for you. You have also selected the best home for you. Our team will meet with you to discuss your investment range and proper payment options just for you. We will discover—the monthly payment that you are comfortable with and compare it to your current monthly payment, if there is one, as well as if you may qualify for any benefits. We will share our preferred lender’s information to assist you, and if proceeding with them, an extra incentive will also be yours. Here’s some steps that you can expect:

  • Completing a short application
  • Receiving information within 24 hours
  • Being offered payment programs of construction to perm loans with 5% down or conventional loans with 5% to 20% down 
  • For qualified homebuyers, being offered payment programs of FHA loans with 3.5% down, VA loans with 0% down, or Native American loans with 2.25% down



If you are interested in a homesite within a community where we build, then this next step is for you. After selecting the site for us to build your home on, you may have questions for us to answer. We will gladly reserve the homesite for a fee that is fully refundable only within the first seven days. We require a personal check which will remain undeposited until after the seventh day. During this time, you will have the peace of mind to make the best decision, receive answers to your questions regarding the homesite, and you could switch to a different homesite if you change your mind about your first choice! We will even guarantee that no other competing homebuyer may have access to buying the homesite you’ve chosen during the seven-day period.

Our team understands the unique qualities with every homesite. Some of our homeowners find their ideal location on their own with land they have purchased or would like to own. If you would like Havyn Homes to build on your land or land you would like to purchase, then a Complimentary Site Analysis from us may be recommended. This will help you confirm where to build your Havyn home.



Now that you have chosen the home and confirmed the proper payment and location, it is time for you to visit our Havyn Homes design studio. You will plan to meet with our in-house Selections Coordinator there, and during the meeting you will be able to see many of the exterior and interior finishes used during the build and confirm which will be included in your home. Along with the many included finishes and fixtures are optional features that can be added. Our Selections Coordinator will provide helpful guidance and information for you to make the best decision with every room and part of your home. We want you to know what you can expect before we begin building, which is why we provide itemized pricing for every selection you choose. Here are some of the selections you will be able view and choose from.

  • Natural stone and quartz

  • Hardware
  • Tile
  • Paint




This final step is the exciting marker that allows us to begin building your Havyn home. At a planned meeting with our team, will share the purchase agreement. There you will be able to watch an informative video explaining the paperwork and expectations before signing. We will finalize all structural options of the home including the site, plan, and garage orientation. If there are still exterior and interior selections to choose, you will have 30 days from the contract signing to do so at our design studio. 

For this meeting, you will be required to present your mortgage approval as well as an additional down payment. That will include any previously received homesite reservation fees. Sometimes our homebuyers may have a contingency that we agree to. If so, there will be 60 days from the contract signing with 48 hours first right of refusal.
